This set contains the five most practical kitchen knives: the CHEF knife, a must-have, the BONING knife, which can be used for slicing small types of food, as well as deboning meat, the BREAD KNIFE, for cutting bread and frozen products, the CARVING knife, specially designed for filleting meat, fish, cheese, etc., and the PARING knife, whose small size is ideally suited to peeling and dicing.
