This set consists of four of the most practical and widely used kitchen knives: the SANTOKU knife, currently in high demand among cooks, ideally suited to cutting, chopping and dicing food, the CARVING knife, perfect for filleting meat, fish, cheese or cold cuts to any thickness, the SMALL SANTOKU, with a very comfortable size, and the PARING knife, which is quite practical for dicing and peeling.
